Rental Requirements
Please review our rental requirements, licensing requirements, security deposits, payment options, and fuel policy before making your reservation.
1. Reservations & Appointments
APPOINTMENT ONLY
We operate strictly by appointment only with no walk-ins.
As we have no physical storefront, our Google Maps location functions solely as the vehicle pickup spot.
2. Driver Licensing & Identification
Renters must present their original passport, a valid home-country driver’s license accompanied by an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued strictly under the 1949 Geneva Convention (valid for 30 days from the date of arrival under tourist or short-term conditions). Permits issued under the 1968 Vienna Convention and online novelty documents are not valid under local regulations.
For Tourists
All motorized two-wheelers in our fleet exceed 125cc displacement. Consequently, renters must present a valid home-country motorcycle license bearing the appropriate “A” classification, along with a corresponding 1949 Geneva Convention IDP bearing the appropriate “A” classification.
For Foreign Exchange Students
(1 to 6 Month Stay)
If a student is staying in Taiwan for a period exceeding 30 days but less than 6 months, they are required to officially register their International Driving Permit (IDP) at a local Motor Vehicle Office rather than just driving indefinitely on an unregistered foreign permit.
For local Taiwanese, long-term students, and foreigners working in Taiwan:
You must hold a valid Taiwan local driver’s license along with an ARC, APRC, or Taiwan ID.
3. Traffic Violation Security Deposit & Insurance
Traffic Violation Security Deposit: Payable through our third-party partner, FunNow, or via PayPal during pickup. We do not accept cash for traffic violation deposits because camera tickets take one to four weeks to process, which is why your deposit is held for one month from the date you return the vehicle. If there are any fines, you need to settle them separately, and you will receive a full refund of the deposit. Any partial deductions will incur a processing fee on the overall deposit held.

Please note that this security deposit is held solely for traffic violations and does not cover any vehicle damages or third-party property damage. Our vehicles are equipped only with basic third-party liability insurance, which covers injury and death for third parties, but does not cover damages to our rental vehicle or other vehicles involved in an accident. Because it is impossible for foreigners to purchase local collision/damage insurance without a valid Taiwanese driver's license, we strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance from your home country that specifically covers motorcycle riding.
4. Rental Fee Payment Options
We accept both cash and card. Please note that we do not have an on-site card terminal; all card payments are processed securely online via PayPal or FunNow payment links sent directly to your email. An additional 5% processing fee applies to all international card transactions, whereas cash payments incur no extra fees. Alternatively, direct online bank transfers are accepted for customers with a local Taiwanese bank account.

5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles come with a full tank of gas, and renters are required to refill it to full before returning.
