Pickup & Return Options
All scooter and motorcycle rentals are available by prior-appointment only. Although we have a physical storefront, we operate on a pre-appointment basis and do not accommodate unannounced walk-ins. Please contact us before visiting so we can verify that you hold a valid international driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement, explain our deposit policy and rental terms, confirm the availability of your preferred scooter or motorcycle, and ensure a staff member is available to assist you.
Hotel Delivery
If you want the scooter delivered to or picked up from your hotel or hostel, the charge is 500 NTD each way inside Taipei City.
Delivery and pickup are available by prior appointment only and cannot be arranged at the last minute.

We have a physical storefront, but please message us or contact us via WhatsApp before visiting to ensure a staff member is available.
We are conveniently located about 500 meters from Kunyang Metro Station (Blue Line) just a 5-minute walk from Exit 1.
Alternatively, Songshan Station (both TRA and Green Line Metro) is a 15-minute walk away. From Songshan, you can reach Taipei Main Station in just 6 minutes by TRA train (1 stop) or about 15 – 20 minutes by Metro.
Scooter Breakdown Policy
1. Minor Mechanical Issues
If the breakdown is due to a minor mechanical issue, you may have it repaired at a nearby store. A refund for the repair cost will be provided upon return (with receipt).
2. Major Mechanical Issues
If such an issue cannot be resolved on-site, we will either provide a replacement scooter or offer a refund for the unused portion of your rental.
3. Accident or User-Caused Damage
If the breakdown results from an accident or damage caused by the renter, the renter is responsible for repair costs and no refund will be issued.
4. Communication & Resolution
Renters must notify us immediately in the event of any breakdown. Please do not replace any parts without notifying us first.
