Pickup & Return Options
We operate on a pre-appointment basis only for all scooter rentals. Reservations should ideally be made at least one day in advance; we do not accept walk-ins.
Hotel Delivery
If you want the scooter delivered to or picked up from your hotel or hostel, the charge is 500 NTD each way inside Taipei City.
Delivery and pickup are available by prior appointment only and cannot be arranged at the last minute.

Note: This is a private residential storage location; there is no walk-in storefront.
We are located approximately 1.0 km from Huzhou Metro Station (Brown Line), a 15-minute walk or 7-minute ride. For your convenience, YouBike stations are available at every MRT exit and directly in front of our address.
To respect neighborhood privacy and ensure your vehicle is ready, visits are strictly by prior appointment only. Please contact us via WhatsApp to schedule your time.
Scooter Breakdown Policy
1. Minor Mechanical Issues
If the breakdown is due to a minor mechanical issue, you may have it repaired at a nearby store. A refund for the repair cost will be provided upon return (with receipt).
2. Major Mechanical Issues
If such an issue cannot be resolved on-site, we will either provide a replacement scooter or offer a refund for the unused portion of your rental.
3. Accident or User-Caused Damage
If the breakdown results from an accident or damage caused by the renter, the renter is responsible for repair costs and no refund will be issued.
4. Communication & Resolution
Renters must notify us immediately in the event of any breakdown. Please do not replace any parts without notifying us first.
